Notice of the Online Application System for the International Registration of Madrid Trademarks

In accordance with the overall deployment of the trademark facilitation reform, in order to facilitate the international registration for Madrid trademarks and better serve international applicants for trademark registration, the online application system for international registration of Madrid trademarks has officially been available since June 21, 2018.

Trademark agencies and domestic applicants can submit international registration applications for Madrid trademarks online by logging into the “International Registration” section of the “Trademark Online Application System”.
